In this book, we have attempted to present everyday medical problems in a simple, and scientifically accurate style, but avoiding confusing or overly technical jargon to make it easily accessible to the general public. This compendium takes a more pragmatic and focused approach to informing its readers. We have aimed to be selective in our approach. Here, we present several common medical conditions starting with their causation and symptoms, then outlining suitable therapy and finally complimenting this with holistic pragmatic advice on the day to day management of these problems.
